Child Dedication at Mesa
Child Dedication is a tradition that we take from the Old Testament example of Hannah (1 Samuel 1) when God answered her prayers by giving her a son named Samuel after she had prayed for many years to have a child. In response to her love for God and sincere gratefulness to Him, she "gave Samuel back to God" desiring that God would be first in Samuel's life and that the child would grow up to fulfill God's design for him. We desire that each of our children would fulfill the design that God has laid out for them - it begins with the parent and your attitude towards God's purposes for your child.
