No. Join when you’re able. Every gathering is an open invitation, not a requirement.

Bring your heart, your questions, and maybe a notebook. Some groups share meals, so occasionally a dish or snack is welcome but never demanded.

Some events or small groups may offer childcare. Check event details or ask the group leader ahead of time.
