Serving is one of the best ways to get connected, grow in community, and use your gifts to make an impact. Every role matters, and every act of service helps create space for people to experience Jesus and take their next step.

Guest Experience creates a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

  • Car Park: Car Park team helps guests park safely and directs traffic with a friendly smile.
  • Greeter: Greeters are the first point of contact, making every guest feel seen and welcomed.

Mesa Men is where men are "forged at the table." We need men to step up and help serve to create a space where men connect with one another, grow in faith, and find community.

  • Cooking Team: Help cook and serve the men at our Saturday morning men's breakfasts.
  • Planning Team: Help plan upcoming events and initiatives for Mesa Men.

Mesa Women impacts, reaches, and connects women of all ages through small groups and meaningful events throughout the year.

  • Volunteer to serve alongside other women at Mesa Church to create a space for connection and community for women of all ages and backgrounds. 

The Hospitality Team serves our guests, attendees, and members feel welcomed to the table every week when they walk through our doors. 

The Prayer Team serves our church by praying with people during our weekend worship services and throughout the week.

Our Set Up / Tear Down Team helps ensure our rooms and environments are ready for when our congregation and community arrives for worship services, events, programs, and activities at Mesa Church.

The Helps Team serves in practical ways that support the life of the church each week. From preparing communion and helping with food to meeting a variety of hands-on needs around the church, this team helps create an environment where people feel cared for, and ministry operations run smoothly.

The Worship Team leads the church in music and worship, helping people encounter God through song.

Small Group Leaders guide discussions, build relationships, and help members grow in faith and community.

The Production team ensures every service runs smoothly with excellent technical support.

  • Camera Operators: Camera Operators capture and stream services to connect in-person and online audiences.
  • Lighting Operators: Lighting Operators create an atmosphere that enhances worship and focuses attention on God.
  • Sound Engineers: Sound Engineers ensure every word and note is clear, supporting a meaningful worship experience.

Care Teams provide encouragement, prayer, and practical help to support our church family in times of need.

The Kids team creates safe, fun, and engaging environments where children can learn about Jesus and grow in faith.

The Youth team invests in students by building relationships, teaching God’s Word, and guiding them to live out their faith.

Creative Communications uses photography, social media, and graphic design to share our church’s story and engage the community.

  • Videography: Show where God is at work through visual storytelling and creative videos that inspire and educate.
  • Photography: Capture moments that show community, worship, and serving in action at our church.
  • Social Media: Share events, messages, and stories online to reach and connect with the community.
  • Graphic Design: Create visuals that communicate the church’s message and mission in compelling ways.
